17 years for this....

It's officially OVER!!
Actually it was over last Thursday...
I still a little busy so I only decided to blog today.
If you're still wondering what the heck I'm crapping
about... it's SPM ... and yes it's OVER!!!

The two years of suffering from bio, chem and physics, and I'm no science guy.
And last Thursday it has finally ended....
Now I remember there's this recycling bin outside my house,
it's meant for paper and I suddenly thought of something to put inside.
I don't quite remember...
I think it's something that I can read, never mind it'll come to me...soon.

So now the real deal starts...
Gotta to look for a college for my pre-u studies,
and then a university for my degree,
and after that I think I'll just have to "rule the world". HAHA....

Not much to blog about though... got find back that blogging spirit of mine.
So I think I'm gonna just go find some inspiration for now...
Maybe my bowl of cereal can provide me with some momentum.
so I guess I'll just stop here today.
Hope ya'll have a nice day...

Now... what did I want to put in that recycling bin again....

Blogger's must have...

Hey people... haven't been blogging or tweeting or whatever.
Well I'm a "proud" candidate of SPM 2010 "YEAH"...
so as a "proud" candidate I'll be less active until the
end of my exams and do whatever "proud" candidates do.
And I think you don't need me to tell you guys what
exactly does these "proud" candidates actually do.

If you're a blogger and you've been doing your daily
blog walking routine, you should have realize by now
that all the bloggers have some things in common.
Besides a blog (most of them use Blogspot) bloggers like me
have a few other things that we possess in common.

ITEM NO.1 A camera. Yes, I bet every blogger has one of these picture taking
gadget. It doesn't matter whether it's on a phone or not, if you're a blogger, then you
must have something that snaps photos.

NEXT Well, it's not exactly an item but still, most of you bloggers out there
should have one. If you're not Tweeting start Tweeting. Trust me, it's the only way
to stay connected to your readers. Make sure they follow you that is.
By the way I've got a Twitter too, feel free to follow me XD....look up.

THEN Facebook! Everyone has a Facebook account, blogger or not.
So imagine this, a blogger who sits in front of the computer almost everyday
doesn't own a Facebook account. Isn't that weird?

LAST but definitely not least join Nuffnang. Most of you will know what it is
but for those of you who doesn't, it's a blogging community + affiliate program
that's allows you to generate some pocket money. If you don't really care
about the money, still there's a lot of events that Nuffnang have been organizing
such as movie screenings and all that. Also check out the Innit thing at Nuffnang
it's cool.

Ok... seems like it'll end here.
Now... what the heck is a homologous series?

Age, taste, music...

When one ages, one's taste changes.
Remember the first time you tasted wine or beer?
My first time was when I was 8, and when those
things went touched my tongue, I went
"Why the hell adults torture themselves like that? They taste awful!"

Then the teenage days came and once more...
the beer and wine along with some other extras
namely vodka, whiskey, gin etc., came to visit my tongue.
But this time around, they suddenly taste... well, not that bad.
In fact you'd begin to like it...

Same goes for music...
When I was young, my dad would listen to Eagles and sing Beatles
while doing the laundry. Then, it was really annoying. What... I was
young for God's sake which young Malaysian kid would know
how to appreciate Beatles. Now... I listen to more Weezer than
Flo Rida .
So I decided to remind you guys about some of the greatest entertainers
that are not so active lately but you've got to admit that they've got really
good music. And they ain't dead yet...

Aerosmith
Yes the Armageddon boys. Their hit song "I don't wanna miss a thing" which
is also the theme song for the famous movie "Armageddon".
Actually I think it's because of the song that the movie is so famous, dont'cha
agree?

Sir Elton John
Yes I know he's gay. So what? He can sing. One of the more famous work
of his would be the "Rocketman". There are also others that may be familiars
to your ears such as "Candle in the wind", "Can you feel the love tonight" etc.
But my personal favorite would be "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting".
Watch the live version on YouTube, you'd wish you were there.

Hinder
Next up, these guys. Does the song "Lips of an angel" ring any bell? That's
one of their hits. Of course they have other well known singles such as
"Without you". Well I only listen to two of these, you might wanna
Google for more.

Weezer
Ok... this particular band here, I don't really listen to them but one
of their song's kinda cool. "Beverly hills" is that particular song I mentioned.
Trust me, if you're not a teenager, you'll hate this, but if you're at least 14...
then I guess you'll enjoy it.

Goo Goo Dolls
And my favorite, the Goo Goo Dolls. Love their song from the
movie "City of Angels" which is "Iris". And also "Better days" which
is also simply fantastic. Do check them out, I know you guys have heard of them..

But nowadays youngsters are all going K-pop. I wonder why?
Maybe it's just because I don't listen to things I don't understand...

The rules....

I know I haven't been active lately but can you blame me
for having exams?? Trials ya know, the one where everyone
gets "soalan bocor" .... I know what you're thinking, I got it too right??

Well you see I'm an honest person

SO I'LL ADMIT THAT I DID GET THE LEAK!!!

HAHA... BUT I DIDN'T USE THEM... THEY AREN'T HELPFUL AT ALL

Then I stumbled upon something interesting...
Bill Gets once stated 11 rules your kid did not and will not
learn in school.

(Ignore the above pic... the rules a more important)

Rule 1: Life is not fair -- get used to it!

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping -- they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Surprised how true are these rules.
Sorry if this post was not as good as expected, the truth is
I still have papers next week... will have a better one next week.

When we were younger... I loved it....

I have a younger brother, he kinda "inspired" me to write this.

So we were all once young.... ger... (not that we're old mind you)
Being young was really something...something like being happy.
And looking at young kids nowadays reminds us of what we were... once.
That childish, innocent, naive, cute, cuddly little brats who jumped with joy
every time the ice-cream man came by and cried on the first day of school.

And then you'd recall how childish we were... especially guys (don't deny it)
We'd quarrel and fight every single day.
Common sentences with grammatical errors we used such as:

1) I don't want friend you!!!
2) I tell my daddy!!!
3)I tell my mommy!!!
4)I tell them don't want friend you!!!
5)I tell teacher!!!

But then none of us would do this....

... at least not until we were 8... or was it 6??

Then there's also stuff that we use to believe... stuff like the tooth fairy.
You know... that if you put your fallen tooth under your pillow when you
sleep a tooth fairy will leave you some money in exchange for your tooth.
(I 'v never tried it... but I bet she pays in Euros).

And if you still remember we were all young Shakespear... really!!!
We can come up with anything that rhymes.... especially in mandarin.
E.g. "a,e,i,o,u, bengali loves u".

Not forgetting the games we played before we know what blogging is.
Paper scissors stone, one-ten-jus, lat tali lat, and all the other funny
games haha...

And sometimes we tend to go wild with our imagination.
Wearing a cape running around the house thinking we're super man,
waving chopsticks on a brooms pretending to be a witch, gather up pillows
to make a racing car, you name it...

But then all of that changed when we attend this placed called..... High School.
We give them the "finger" instead of waving, instead of asking how may I help you
we use WTF, instead of excuse me we use F*** off...

But no matter how much we've changed... know this, we were once....

CUTE

Well I'll leave the rest to you guys... have a nice day then.

Of Bloggers & Readers...

If you've been actively reading blogs or logging in to Nuffnang Innit
these days, you'd notice that a lot of the post were regarding blog traffic.
And you'd also notice that most of their "ways" was by using a traffic
exchange site...

Of course these sites provide you with traffic...
BUT do they provide you with readers that really read your posts??

Think of this as something like opening a boutique at the side of a highway.
Cars will pass by but then no one's gonna step in the shop.
But then it's a totally different story if you place that same boutique beside
an alley. Although there's not as much people compared to the highway,
at least these people have more time to get a better glimpse of the shop.
They might get in the shop, buy something and maybe come back to visit again.
And who know they might even bring along some friends.

Then there's the deco of the boutique. You'd want everything to look nice, neat,
some might want it cheerful, right? So you don't want to over decorate and
distract your customers from what you're selling.
Same concept that can be applied to your blog. You want the layout to be
simple, not to many animations and advertisement because there is only one thing
that your readers come for... your blog posts. And maybe some of your readers
might just come back just for your layout. ( My sis has a weird behavior, she goes to
certain boutiques just to look at their chandeliers.)

Next, still with the boutique. Well in a boutique store you will want
ample space for your customer's to move around. That way they can
browse faster, decide faster, purchase faster and F*** off faster for
more customers to come.
Again same goes to your blog. I think that you guys should know that
the widgets on your blogs affect how fast your blog loads. So try to minimize
the use of widgets. (I know it's hard right??) With that people are able to access
your blog faster and they get to read those interesting topics you have. Oh... one more thing
try showing as few post as possible as it also affect blog speed.
OK... enough of bloggers. Now, readers.....
I think you should have realized by now that most, if not all,
of your blog readers are also bloggers themselves.
As a blogger you should know that we love people reading our post.
So as an understanding blogger that reads other understanding blogger's
blog, you should understand that leaving an understanding comment
is very understandingly important. Do you UNDERSTAND??
Plus... please finish reading the post and understand it before putting any comments.

And I've also discovered that we bloggers and blog readers who are also bloggers
have come up with a new type of online conversation with the chat box on their blogs.
I call it the Instant Conversation Method.

Blogger A : Dropped by. (on blogger B's chat box)
Blogger B : Thx for dropping by. (on blogger A's chat box)

There you go... a CONVERSATION.....
Hmmm... I think I've just helped some boutique owners out there....

Serving bloggers...

I'm here doing what I do again... blogging about other bloggers.
So... today I'm gonna introduce you guys to some chicks....
I mean ladies....

And yes.. I met them on Nuffnang Innit... too.
(....blame Nuffnang....)

BEING HILDALADIDA

First up, we've got Hilda Milda, the blogger of the
above blog. (Probably her nickname as it rhymes).
Well she basically blogs about her personal stuff
she does and all those. Mainly about outings, some  interesting activities, like the most recent one where she has this photo shooting at Putrajaya, and sometimes a little bit of humor. Adds a smile to your everyday life huh....

Then there this other girl. She also recently had a photo shooting session. And yes she had the same photo shooting session with Hilda(above). And yes again, the photo on the left is from THAT photo shooting session. You'd notice that she is quite an active girl if you have read her blog. Hang outs, concerts, shopping, outdoor activities, all of those seems to be like her"daily routine"... so you can say that she's somewhat adventurous. Oh... and did I mention that if she finds good food, she'll tell you how to get there...

Next up. Another active chick....
What I like about her blog is that even-though she post something really long, she'll "equalize" her post with some pics... actually lots of pics. So even if you're reading her lengthy post... it doesn't feel like reading The Communist Ideology. She goes on quite a number of outings too, mostly events that interests young people like me. (yalah tu.... mula perasan dah, kononnya "young")
Besides that, she also provide lots of interesting "young people"
stuff like events, happening, entertainment and all that. So do check out her blog ok??

And lastly, this young, cheerful, innocent looking lady here. OK... she also blogs about her personal things and what she does in her daily life... BUT most of her post includes her friends. If you've read her blog...you'd notice that most of the pictures in her blog has her friends in them. Thus making her posts somehow "enjoyable" to read. (I'm a loner... I don't have friends). Actually it's been quite a while since I last visited her blog... She recently turned 17 and had also recently removed her braces... I think....Anyways, do visit her blog too...

Note: To visit all the above blogs, please just gently click their picture or the name of their blog (written in blue). TQ........

Very first pics by me.

Like I said in my previous post, I got a new phone
and it has a really amazing camera.
So finally Jaerragus gets to take some pics of his own...

Well I'm a newbie in this sort of thing, and lately I'm learning the
ways of Photoshop...

So guys here are some pics I took...for the first time...
(please do criticize my low quality work, it's taken with a handphone and not photoshoped...XD)

Some pics I took out side my house...

And inside my house.... you don't wanna see...

But still... I found some interesting stuff out of all the mess....
Guess that's all for now... gotta learn the tricks of the trade.. Photoshop
I wanna make something like this... (it's my friend's work)

Sony Ericsson Vivaz

A few weeks back I bought myself a brand new Sony Ericsson Vivaz.

Well the only camera I have is on the phone itself so I can't
take the picture of my phone... but I'll find a way eventually.
(Some mirror technique by some magicians might do the trick).

So, how is it??
It's a 3G phone with a dimension of 107 x 51.7 x 12.5mm.

Which is quite slim.
It weighs only 97grams, which is kinda light.
(I don't know any phones which is heavy do you??)

With resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and 16M colours,
it has a 3.2 inch scratch-resistant, TFT resistive touchscreen.
(Scratch-resistant?? They said so, I'm not gonna test it out.)
The Sony Ericsson Vivaz has a internal memory of 75MB but comes with
a 8GB microSD memory card. The phone is able to support up to 32GB.
About the connectivity, it has WiFi and bluetooth  amongst others which
I have yet to discover (maybe there's no more).
It doesn't have an infrared port though.

And here comes my favorite part... the camera.
  • 8 mega pixels
  • 3264x2488 pixel resolution,
  • autofocus,
  • LED flash,
  • touch capture,
  • touch focus,
  • geo-tagging,
  • face and smile detection
  • Video calling
  • Continuous  autofocus (for video)
  • Video light
  • And my personal favorite 720p@24fps "HD" Video recording

But unfortunately, it doesn't have a secondary camera.... BUT I DONT CARE!!!
The phone (Sony Ericsson Vivaz) comes in 6 colours.. namely
Pink, Silver Moon, Cosmic Black, Galaxy Blue and Venus Ruby.

Mine's a Galaxy Blue which looks something like this....

From a user's point of view (in short):
I think it's a cool phone. The touchscreen isn't too sensitive or

non reactive. Plus, the motion sensor works great while using applications
that requires it. And it looks slim and cool...... XD
