Edward's from a poor family, they don't live in a mansion cause they can't afford to buy a normal simple house. So they live in a mansion. When Edward was 10, all of his friends have a handphone, but Edward only got an i-phone, you know, the one without buttons.... see how "poor" he is.
Edward's father, Richard work's in a big company. But his job.... isn't that important.... just signing documents.... what to do... he's the boss. Everyone else in the company drives big cars, but Richard only drives a car that can fit 2 people..... a LAMBORGHINI. And sometimes, he has to take the helicopter, and it's hard to find parking....
Edward's mother, Elli is a housewife. As a housewife, she has no income. So what does she do?
House chores of course. Everyday... she... sweeps... money... There's so many money in the house
they have no place to keep them. Not like her friends who gets to wear colourful jeweleries with ruby, sapphire, emerald, ... She only gets to wear a big colourless DIAMOND on her fingger. How sad.
Edward's brother, Nick also suffers in the situation. Since the family was so poor, Nick doesn't have his own room. He was always jealous of Edward because his father gave him a room, and he only got a bungalow, with a swimming pool and on the hill. I mean... won't you be "angry" if you were Nick.... I know I won't.
And then his sister Jane, she doesn't get to wear branded stuff, why?? Because she often throws them away...
Her friends get to wear branded cloths they have everyday while Jane on the other hand only get to wear them once, why?? Like i said... she throws them away...
So folks... after reading their story... what do you feel?
We must always remember that there are others who are more unfortunate then us... such as Edward..
